What are the Check In/Out Times?

Check In starts at 1500 Hrs. (3 p.m.) and Check Out ends at 1200 Hrs. (12 p.m.).

• If you are checking in or enquiring after 10.30 p.m., please email us beforehand as our night desk team have limited English.

Can children stay at LUV?

Yes. Children below 2 years stay complimentary in the room with the parents without any charges, above 2 years are taken as an adult and are dependent upon maximum occupancy level of specified room.

Can my pets stay at LUV?

Sorry, pets are not allowed.
