Simple food, lovingly prepared.
Our restaurant ingredients are sourced locally and delivered daily. The fruit is grown by indigenous local farmers, many of the vegetables are heirloom varieties. The chicken and eggs are organic and local. Handmade tortillas, house-baked breads and pan de platano, line caught fish. Our coffee is from the neighbouring state of Chiapas; organic and delicious.
Dining Hours
Breakfast in the Garden – 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Lunch/Dinner – 11:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Bar Hours
Beach Bar – 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Garden Bar – 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Handmade artisan tacos, freshly caught fish and delicious healthy home made pasta.
All served in an informal barefoot setting. The beach bar specialises in fresh fruit juices, exotic smoothies and classic cocktails.
